Live online sessions – max 15 minutes
Typical training format
1. Warm up (breathing, yoga) – 1-3 minutes
2. Training session 6-9 minutes
3. Recovery breathing & yoga 1-3 minutes
Who is it for: For anyone between 18-60 years old. The exercises can be scaled so essentially anyone can follow along.
What is required: A yoga mat would be good to have but not necessary.
