What is included in Re-SET breathing for tennis?
Weekly training protocols in video format that could be used on court in audio format (a total of 48 new weekly protocols lasting 1 year).
Introduction to the fundamentals of breathing & breath training live via Zoom - 1 hour that includes a Q & A session (contact me on daniel.palsson@flowswitch.se to set up a time).

A new recovery training protocol every week (video & audio)
Daily Re-SET protocols that are 3-5 minutes long
Can be used on the court or at home (the videos can be used in audio as well)
