Breathing and breath training can act as a portal and catalyst for deeper states of consciousness. Purpose Breathing is a "course" divided into 5 sessions with the aim to make you experience states of consciousness that can transform your life.

Starts on Tuesday febrauary 11 th at 19-20 CET and then the same time on the following dates, february 25 & 4, 11, 18 march.
