Breathing for weomen

You breathe around 20 000 times per day automatically and by making 100 of them conscious can be a Game Changer. That is because breathing and breath training have a major impact on many areas such as recovery and performance, especially for women in sports, since during the menstrual cycle the breathing pattern can change. In the Masterclass we will cover 4 parts for women in sports to better regulate their nervous system to perform and recover better.
